This week at the Kids Come First club we began our ‘Alphabet in Motion’ program. Alphabet in Motion promises to be a journey through letters & literacy. Each week members will enjoy activities based around a new letter of the alphabet.

Our letter ‘A’ week saw us exploring all things ‘autumn’ with an adventure-filled autumn scavenger hunt. Members created a list of items they felt they might find outside during the autumn season. Then, with a clipboard, camera & binoculars in hand, we set out on our search. Our scavenger hunt was a wonderful way to get outdoors and enjoy the autumn sunshine, while reinforcing that we can have fun exploring our own backyard.
